Our main business objective is to provide dependable computer systems to our customers.  We have found that the best way to do this is to build our own line of mid-range server computers.  We use the most dependable and widely supported components in these servers because we know we are going to have to keep them running!

All of our servers have fault-tolerant hard disk systems that will continue to operate in the event of a failure of one of the hard drives.  We prefer to use RAID Level-1 technology which is completely mirrored hard drives.  This insures that you do not lose productivity time in the event of a failure and you do not lose the days work.  Without fault-tolerance you would need to restore from the last good backup (which hopefully was last night!) and lose all work your employees entered today.  We do not think this is acceptable!

We also protect you by covering the operating system as part of our warranty.  It is actually more likely that you will have an operating system failure than a hardware failure.  As long as we are maintaining the OS we will repair or reinstall the OS under warranty or ServicePlus.

Problems on our servers ALWAYS take high priority and we immediately respond to a failed server if covered by our ServicePlus program.
