Our desire is to provide customers with the most dependable computers possible. With 20 years in the business, we find that the more control we have over the hardware the better service we can provide. Not to say Compaq, Dell, HP etc. do not build good computers but their main objective is to build them as cheaply as possible. This means they change constantly and this is not good for the customer. Most of the bigger companies are trying to differentiate their products and this means using more proprietary components. This is not a good thing after the warranty, as these parts may be more expensive and hard to find.

We build our computers using the best components we can find. We don't jump at the current special on some component a vendor is dumping if it means changing our computer. We use only Intel motherboards and processors, Western Digital or Seagate hard drives, high-end video products and 3Com or Intel network cards. Our workstations don't just have an OEM Windows pre-installation either. We fully install and configure the workstation along with the applications you purchased from us. We do charge to configure at your site for your network and application but we can do this much faster on our systems.

Unless specifically requested, all of our workstations include ServicePlus coverage for the first year. This is renewable and is recommended on mission-critical workstations. The computer is covered by a limited three-year parts warranty. Monitor warranties vary.
