Using a custom database to manage your business information can produce amazing results. We commonly integrate our customers accounting systems with a custom database application to provide specialized tasks and reports beyond the scope of their accounting application.

We not only do the programming on these projects but can also assist in designing the application and processes.  Some of our major projects recently have been:

Lease Preparation and Management
This SQL based system was custom designed to meet the proprietary needs of a leasing company.  Automated calculations and forms preparation merged into Adobe Acrobat are just some of the advantages.  Merges data with TurboLease accounting system.

Customer Self-Service Website
A web-based application presenting data from MAS90 to customers.  After logging into the system the customer can check on product availability and submit orders to their inside salesman.

Mail Merging Management
An access application that interfaces to MAS90 allows customers to be selected into multiple mailing groups very easily. When it is time to do a mailing the Word mail merge files are ready to use.

MAS90 Reporting
A SQL or Access version is available that automatically imports the MAS90 accounting data into the database each night. From this high-speed database we have developed many custom reports and analysis that is not possible in MAS90 or Crystal Reports.

Online Testing Website
We created a specialized website that allows students to securely login and take various tests.  The tests are automatically graded, results submitted into a database and reported via e-mail.  Currently used for pre-qualification testing by the Operating Enginneer Unions in Washington and Alaska.  See www.parsectesting.com for more information.
