Parsec provides advanced preventative maintenance services, administration duties and guaranteed response time in the event of a failure. ServicePlus is included with all of our new servers for one year and this service is renewable on a monthly or quarterly contract. We only offer ServicePlus on our own servers but do offer a similar service after certifying your network.

In this time with the constant attacks on your network it is imperative that at least the server and firewall be maintained regularly. Updates are release by Microsoft and others that protect your systems but must be installed and managed. This is a large part of ServicePlus. Generally this plan does not extend to each workstation computer within the network but we have options for that protection as well.

We have various means to connect to your server from our offices. This enables us to monitor the servers functions including the tape backup operations that are so critical. We often will know of a problem before you do.

ServicePlus on a server is not required but then neither is fire insurance; if your business depends on a functioning network then you need ServicePlus!
